There are several scheduled flights from Mumbai and Delhi to cities like Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur in Rajasthan. Some express and superfast trains also make reaching this state easier. Mumbai is easily connected with cities like Bikaner, Jaipur and Udaipur through superfast trains. Air transport is available for Rajasthan. The one and only international airport of the state is located in Jaipur, the capital city of this state. Another international airport close to this state is Delhi, about 260 km away. The state has several domestic airports at Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Only three off shore flights land at Jaipur Airport. These come from Muscat, Dubai and Sharjah.

Rail Transport is well established in this state. Even some of the remote areas are well served by this mode of transportation. Considered to be an affordable means of transport, majority of people prefer traveling from train. Major cities and several towns of this state are well connected through rail transport. Several trains ply daily between major cities. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, etc are well connected with this state. There are several options for travelling like Sleeper Coach, AC Chair Car, etc.
By Road
This state has well established network of roads. Several National and State highways criss-cross through this destination. Thus, a well defined network of roads ensures easy transportation from various parts of the country and within the state. Besides Government owned buses, several private taxis or cabs are also available.
