Buddhist Centers
In this busy world, it has become a difficult task to find solace and peace. The process of introspection is completely forgotten in the race towards their own goal. No one has the time to take a break and know their inner self and appreciate it.
Buddhism mainly focuses on this concept of understanding one’s inner self and also to establish peace in it. Many legends strongly believe that Gautama Buddha established Buddhism in India and it then spread to other parts of the world. This is a strong faith that prevails everywhere.
Spiritual Enlightenment
As the basement of Buddhism penetrates deep into Indian soul, this religion deserves special reverence in Indian soil. The religion can be classified into two major parts – Mahayana and Theravada which was later subdivided into different subsets in Buddhism. Buddhism followers practice meditation through which they facilitate a deep look into realities of their life which ultimately lead them to be more wise, kind and aware. This religion clearly states that the status of Buddhahood or the ultimate enlightenment lies inside every single human irrespective of religion, sex, creed or caste. It’s up to the individual the way he polishes and refines himself in order to expose his Buddhahood.

Karma & Meditation
Very few people in Delhi follow Nichiren Daishonin, a Mahayana subset of Buddhism. Practitioners perform continuous chanting of phrase taken from Lotus Sutra. Daishonin Buddhism generally keeps aside meditation and they focus primarily on the Karma concept in their teachings. People following this type of Buddhism are wide spread in all parts of Delhi and they are growing in their population day by day.
After reaching Delhi, one should never miss the opportunity to experience a slice of Buddhism in any of their centers. The concept of serenity and stillness can be well experienced here.
