Sisodia Rani Garden is a beautifully designed garden located pretty close to Jaipur on the Agra highway. It is one of the key destinations for tourists visiting Jaipur and is known as a symbol of love. Legend says that the garden was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh to gift to his love Sisodia, the Maharani of Jaipur.

History

Build by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh of Jaipur in 1728 as a gift for his second queen, the princess of Udaipur, the Sisodia Rani Garden is known locally as Sisodia Rani ka Bagh. The garden was presented to the queen as a peaceful haven to relax and rejuvenate. Multilevel gardens with beautiful fountains, exquisitely designed water courses, and creatively painted pavilions are some of the highlights of this popular garden. The place is also famous for its numerous galleries and pavilions. The charm and beauty of this place can be truly irresistible for those who love nature and its serenity.

The main attraction is the finely crafted murals depicting the love legendary Radha-Krishna love story.
