One of the first water parks developed in the country, Birla City Water Park has everything that a visitor looks for in a water park and more! Located in the desert city of Ajmer only 5 Km. from the Railway Station and 7 Km. from the Bus Depot on Makhupura Rd, the Birla City Water Park sprawls on 6 acres of landscaped grounds and provides the soothing green environment in a hot desert hinterland.

Apart from all facilities to spend an enjoyable day, the Park also offers lodging facilities at very basic rates. There are dormitories with air conditioning and also independent cottages that can be booked for overnight stay. The Birla City Water Park is gaining popularity as an ideal place for day picnics, parties and get-togethers such as kitty parties, anniversary and birthday celebrations etc. as it has facilities for conferences and meetings, parties, lodging and good food.

How to Reach


By Rail

There are many trains that connect Ajmer to the rest of the country. Ajmer is a junction that connects many railway lines from the North and West of the country. There are daily trains such as the Shatabdi Express and Chetak Express that ply between Delhi and Ajmer. The Sealdah Express and other trains connect to Kolkata in the East and also through Allahabad and Lucknow on the way and the Aravalli Express connects to Mumbai in the West.

By Air

There is no airport at Ajmer, but Jaipur’s Sanganer Airport is only 132 Kms. away from Ajmer and can be accessed by taxis or buses. Jaipur is well connected to the rest of the country by air. For international travelers New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport is the closest airport.

By Road

Rajasthan has an efficient public road transport network run by Rajasthan Road Transport Corporation that even the remote villages and towns to cities and other towns and the neighboring states as well. The roads are motorable and well maintained and connect to Delhi, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bharatpur and other places of tourist interest. Private taxis, private cars and buses are commonly used and are very convenient.
