There are many Jain temples or Jinalayas in Maharashtra, each with a history and heritage of its own. Shree Dharmakchakra Prabha Tirth situated near Vilholi village in Maharashtra is one such Jain temple, which is not just a temple but also a spiritual abode. Visitors can stay here overnight to experience the spiritual atmosphere. Vilholi village is situated about 12 km from Nashik, one of the main districts in Maharashtra.

Set in three floors, the Tirth houses a 12 feet idol of Lord Mahavir in the basement. Each floor denotes a realm. The first floor belongs to Choumukhji surrounded by idols of Lord Parshwanath. It denotes joy and devotion. The front portion of the Tirtha presents the yantra of Mantradhiraj Stotra, engraved with figures and surrounded by idols of many gods and goddesses.

Shree Dharmachakra Prabha Tirth is located on the Mumbai-Agra National Highway and the Nasik-Mumbai Highway.
