Kashmir

Kashmir proves out to be the most famous place for mountaineers. Kashmir offers a series of peaks to adventure lovers which include Kolahoi, Sunset, Tattakuti, and Harmukh along with small peaks at Sonamarg, Gulmarg as well as Pahalgam.

Ladakh

But on an average the equipments that are common for all mountaineers include a rope, a cord, webbing, helmet, nuts, harness, quick draws, hexes, tri-cams, daisy chains, emergency medical kit, some dry fruits, water bottles, tape, gear sling, haul bag, climbing shoes, belay gloves, rappel rack and rappel devices, belay devices, spring loaded various camming devices, ascenders, campus boards, bachar ladder, grip savers, finger boards and many more. One more thing is quite important and that is shelter. It can be a tent or camp or anything.
