HPTDC, more popularly known to be the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation offers a wonderful travelling experience to everyone so that people can have a great trip. The HPTDC is divided into different circuits so that proper functioning can be ensured and the same is reflected in its services. Circuits

There are basically four circuits of the tourism department that make your trip fun filled and exciting too.

Tribal Circuit

The Tribal circuit is known for its huge mountains, snow covered peaks, lamas, monasteries, river valleys and other features that make this area as one of the most visited destinations of the Himachal Pradesh.

Dhauladhar Circuit

This area derives its name from the Dhauldhar Peaks which form an important part of the Himalayan valleys. The huge ranges of Dhauldhar enhance the beauty of the Kangra valley as well as other features like meadows, flock of sheep and tea gardens that forma n important part of this circuit.

Beas Circuit

This region gets its name from the River Beas and forms a part of the beautiful Kullu-Mandi region that forms the greatest attraction. The meadows, paddy fields, views of the River Beas and apple orchards make it more appealing and fascinating.

Sutlej Circuit

This circuit also gets its name from the River Sutlej and passes through dense forests, apple orchards, Shivalik hills and snow covered Himalayas that add to the effect of the natural beauty. It is definitely the most beautiful regions that you might have ever explored.

This state is well connected through excellent bus transportation facilities in different areas within and outside the Himachal Pradesh.

Bus Services

Volvo buses are the best option to travel from Delhi to Manali, Shimla and Dharamshala. Deluxe and semi deluxe buses are also available to all the major cities.

Hptdc Transport Service

The Volvo buses of HPTDC ply on different routes including New Delhi to Manali, New Delhi to Dharamshala and Shimla. From July to September, the Manali-Leh route is also open which is a 480 km journey allowing passengers to explore the natural beauty and enjoy their two day journey. During the night, you will halt at Keylong and the fare includes breakfast, dinner and accommodation.

Even luxury coaches of HPTDC are well maintained and can be hired for exploring the nearby local attractions, special tours and packages that make your trip a wonderful experience for the visitors.
