DAG – an acronym for Delhi Art Gallery was founded by Ms. Rama Anand in 1993. She is strenuously working to offer the artists a new platform. DAG has painstakingly categorized chronological passage of the entire movement of modern art in India. The gallery has a collection from remotest parts of the country to give a pan Indian look. Many artists, who earlier lacked a forum to exhibit their works of art, were provided an opportunity to share their talent with other stakeholders in the field of arts. The collections of arts were located, compiled, restored and made ready for exhibition. During this process, a very large inventory of artworks was made. DAG has over four hundred  artists, including painters and sculptors, whose works make the treasure trove. Mr. Ashish Anand carried forward the work of DAG, since 1996.
